Two discussions and some news.

…conversations during the recent festivaties. One with the defunct Mayoress Lindryl and another with a Councillor from Ratha who goes by the name of Zhakhh.

“The conversation with Lindryl became immediately a conflict with all the trappings of childhood including name calling and disrespect. Soon after we both calmed abit and walked to a quieter spot. We began to act much more civil.

“The jist of it was over her still going by the title of

A Servant’s Writings

A Servant’s Writings

…had such energy and life that night and I remember him saying to the Lady Lindryl that he would give everything up for this dream. The meal was outstanding, as Arminous tends to prepare. He’s one of the best chefs in the lands. Jilly’n and myself often sneak samples from the cart. Good thing the pikemen aren’t guarding the kitchens or there would be a war inside the Keep.

I remember that she preferred tea and was most gracious to me as I…

A Future’s Past

A Future’s Past

…Elven and Human were quite rare and it was a shock to the Zoluren nobles. Lindryl, ever loyal to my lord for all his days, took the news with great jubilance. She cared not for the politics of borders and lands, only that my Prince produced an heir. This would relieve Keresyk of the burden facing him so that his destiny could be centered in Leth Deriel and M’Riss. I knew that for as long as my Prince would live that Lindryl and Keresyk would fore…

Public Forum in Leth Deriel

…rovince of Illithi.

The people would also like to address the issue of Lindryl Jinsaith’s conduct as mayor of Leth and diplomatic envoy to Illithi during this incident. It has come to our attention that she has shown utter disregard for the safety and well-being of her people on several occasions. We have reason to question her motives, and her capacity to govern over our children’s futures, and those of our own.

All are welcome to attend,

356: The Year in Review

…twist to the events at the beginning of the year. It seems that Ralel and Lindryl are Husband and Wife. Estranged, but still, they were married. As people pondered this new information, and all its ramifications, another public forum was scheduled.

By far the biggest news of the year was to dominate the last portion of the year as public passenger service was restored to Qi’Reshalia. First the new dock was made ready, and then, those who had

Leth Deriel Has New Government!

…P> The city of Leth Deriel is now under new leadership. The past mayoress, Lindryl has been removed from office but she is free to stay in the city or move anywhere she wishes.

The new government has seperated the city of Leth Deriel from the principality of Zoluren and has issued a formal request to the Ilithi government requesting acceptance into the Province of Ilithi.

All those who wish to see the people of Leth Deriel remain free and

Tragedy at the Ball

…r people worth mentioning that attended were Fateweaver Amiss and Mayoress Lindryl of Leth Deriel. The Fateweaver made just a brief appearance. The Mayoress attended most of the event. I know little of her activities until the tragedy occurred. Again I skip ahead in the telling of this tale. My apologies.

And finally there are the various Zoluren Nobles and Gentry. Mentioned in no particular order there was Lady Linnea, Daft Uncle Linthh Often

Enemies Face Off Against The Crossing, Dirge

…. Unfortunatly, the picnic was in the Wolf Clan clearing. Luckily the Lady Lindryl and her son, Lord Keresyk, were late to the picnic; the picnic was called off when it was clear that there was no sure way to assure their safety.During an impromptu de-briefing after this trouble with the Commanders (and some Lieutenents) who were in town, it became suddenly clear that what we had just experienced was only a prelude.

The main wave of attack…

Prince and Baron Lead Forces Against Outcasts

…e murder of the Ferdahl, and it is clear where that outrage is aimed – straight at the heart of Raenilar.

There will be more to come of this task, I could clearly read the need for vengeance upon the face of the Prince.

The Prince handed his crown to the Lady Lindryl. She is acting as Steward of Zoluren until his return.

Everyone will be evaluating and re-evaluating the tactics of this encounter so that they can make a bett…

An Evening of Events

…le to join us. General Kirew and Lord Diirik were with us, as well as Lady Lindryl.

Immediately after the first round of jousts, a huge cloud of darkness fell on us that left things in considerable disarray when it lifted. But with great calm and applomb lost belongings were restored and the contest continued where it was interrupted. I now salute the contestants and those who organized the tournament.

Immediately after the joustin…

A Chase on the Sea and a Pilfered Princess

…Crossing shores. They had taken some people who’s names I don’t recognize; Lindryl, Arilana, and her escort.

Shortly after Vorclaf was notified of this, he set off for the nearest sailing vessel to chase down these invaders. Blessoval followed, and thus I did, to keep him safe.

We did not catch them. Their ship was too fast, or ours too slow. Either way, they were out of sight, and we succeeded only in treading water. The order w…

A Seaside Proposal

…our already wounded warriors boarded the ship of someone named Molphant. After that was taken care of, we regrouped, and searched the island. We wandered aimlessly for what seemed like hours, and found the captive Lindryl, Jinxes, and Arilana at long last.

It was a bitter-sweet victory that ended with a betrothal. I wonder what the Merelew king will do now. I do not think we have seen the last of him.
…
