Crazy Man Seen Fanatically Praising Meraud

A man enters the bar. Quietly and lightfooted. It seems almost as if he is floating, but it is hard to distinguish with his flowing robes that he seems to hide in.

He walks to the bar and speaks almost in a whisper, "Baresh, I have heard news of a man that has been parading around the crossing fanatically praising Meraud."

He pauses for a moment and clears his throat.

"He has been looking up to the sky and talking to Meraud asking him for guidance as if he was with him."

"What was his name … Tar.. something like that."

"Watch out for this guy. He might be more than he appears."

The robed man then leaves briskly, ackling hideously as he leaves the bar.
